Invitation to Open House at Converted Double at 1305 West 105 Street It may be sold, but we still want our friends and neighbors to have the opportunity to see the stunning transformation of the long time vacant, out-dated two family home at 1305 West 105 Street into a spectacular, spacious single family, owner-occupied residence. You are cordially invited to drop by on Tuesday, June 8th from 5 - 7 PM to get a quick look at this unique project of your community development corporation, Cudell Improvement, Inc. Purchased from the city of Cleveland through the HUD Good Neighbor Program, the home has been fully renovated from top to bottom including basement waterproofing. All green building elements have been incorporated into the redevelopment. Vacant and abandoned for more than five years, Cudell Improvement, Inc. converted the structure from a traditional Cleveland double into a stunning single with a first floor bedroom, and second floor master suite with fireplace, sitting room and laundry. Congratulations to the Shakarian/Kvidera Family A sweet new baby girl is the newest resident of the Cudell community. Rose Caroline, born in May to Cudell Improvement, Inc. Past President Melanie Shakarian and her husband Peter Kvidera, is enjoying life in the neighborhood.
