Giant Spiders Invade the Neighborhood Don't rush out to buy a giant can of bug spray! Taylor Multi-Service Center has opened a west side office at 11008 Detroit Avenue. The agency totally remodelled the space into a beautiful, modern office facility. The Center provides adult behavioral health services via referrals from hospitals, doctors and other agencies. West 110th & Detroit is becoming a wellness mecca as the Center for Integrated Therapies is also located there. America Recycles Day America Recycles Day is Saturday, November 14, 2009. The city of Cleveland's Division of Waste Collection invites all residents to clean basements and attics and take their plastic, aluminum/tin cans, glass jars/bottles, computers, tires (limit 10 tires per person) and household hazardous materials to the American Recyles Day Round Up event. Drive up and drop off at 3727 Ridge Road or 5600 Carnegie Avenue. Citizen Participation 2010 Mayor Frank Jackson is extending a special invitation to all Cleveland residents and community stakeholders to participate in one of the upcoming Citizen Participation 2010 community meetings focusing on next year's spending of CDBG funds and the development of the City's 2010-2015 Consolidated Plan. The meetings will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 from 6 - 8 PM at Lutheran Hospital Learning Center, West 28th Street and Franklin Avenue (free parking) and Thursday, November 12, 2009 from 6 - 9 PM at the Cleveland Foodbank Community Room, 15500 South Waterloo Road (free parking).
